Terms of Service

1. The service

SUS (sus.rs) is an advertising analytics and campaign management platform operated by LAZAR JOKSIMOVIĆ PR BIZONLINE, Prokuplje, Republic of Serbia. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your accounts and data

• You connect your own Meta ad accounts, Facebook Pages and stores; you must have the right to use them.
• The platform performs actions (e.g. creating or pausing campaigns) only when you request them.
• You are responsible for the content of your ads and compliance with Meta's advertising policies.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful advertising, to access data you are not authorized to access, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Campaign launches and ad spend

Campaigns, ad sets and ads that you launch through SUS are created on your own connected ad accounts with the budgets and settings you configure. Unless you disable it, campaigns you launch through SUS go live immediately (ACTIVE) and start spending your ad budget right away. You are solely responsible for all advertising spend incurred on your accounts. You can switch to the safety mode in which campaigns are created PAUSED (and activated manually by you) at any time on your Billing page inside the platform.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly per the pricing agreed at signup. Advertising costs are paid by you directly to Meta — the platform never charges your ad account.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. and are not responsible for decisions Meta makes about your ad accounts, nor for advertising results.

7. Privacy and termination

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time (Data Deletion Instructions).
