1. Who we are

SUS (available at sus.rs, Meta app name: TrackAdsPro) is an advertising analytics and campaign management platform operated by LAZAR JOKSIMOVIĆ PR BIZONLINE, Prokuplje, Republic of Serbia ("we", "us").

2. Data we collect

We collect and process the following data, only to provide the service:

  • Account data — your name, email address and password (stored hashed) when you create an account.
  • Meta advertising data — when you connect your Facebook account via Facebook Login, we access, with your explicit permission, your ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, spend and performance metrics, the list of your Facebook Pages, and your Meta Pixels. We use official Meta APIs (Marketing API) and only the permissions you grant.
  • Store data — if you connect a Shopify or WooCommerce store, we access product and order data via their official APIs, using credentials you provide.
  • Usage data — basic technical logs (actions performed in the app) for security and support.

3. How we use the data

  • To show you analytics dashboards and reports about your own advertising.
  • To create and manage ad campaigns on your ad accounts, only when you explicitly request it in the app.
  • To provide support and keep the service secure.

We never sell your data, never share it with third parties for marketing, and never use one customer's data for another customer. Each customer's data is strictly isolated.

4. Data storage and security

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany/Finland). Access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to other users or third parties. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect the Meta integration at any time in the app (Integrations page), which stops all further data access. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data — see Data Deletion Instructions. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Third-party services

We interact with Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram advertising data), Shopify and WooCommerce (store data) exclusively through their official APIs and in accordance with their terms, including the Meta Platform Terms.
